Just when you think the Dems can’t sink any lower they manage to surprise us again.
John Kerry, who once disgracefully and untruthfully besmirched American G.I.’s serving in Viet Nam during congressional testimony, has now done the unthinkable.
The Jerusalem Post has reported that Kerry has deliberately undermined President Trump’s strategy towards the Palestinian Authority:
“Ma’ariv reported that former US Secretary of State John Kerry met in London with a close associate of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, Hussein Agha, for a long and open conversation about a variety of topics.”
“During the conversation, according to the report, Kerry asked Agha to convey a message to Abbas and ask him to “hold on and be strong.” Tell him, he told Agha, “that he should stay strong in his spirit and play for time, that he will not break and will not yield to President Trump’s demands. According to Kerry, Trump will not remain in office for a long time. It was reported that within a year there was a good chance that Trump would not be in the White House.”
Michael Oren, former Israeli Ambassador to the United State during the Obama administration and current Knesset member who has dealt extensively with Kerry said the former Secretary of State has an “acrid and obsessive” place in his heart for both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel. It appears Kerry feels the same way about president Trump.
In 2016 the Dems were certain that Hillary would win and complete Obama’s plan to end America as we know her.
To strident ideologues like Kerry the ends justify the mean. Kerry’s suggestion to Agha was not a simple act of political defiance it was gross violation of the Logan Act that forbids federal employees, in this case an ex-federal employee, from engaging in foreign negotiations without authorization.
