Breaking: Trump Says He May Pardon Deceased Boxer Muhammad Ali (VIDEO)

President Trump spoke with reporters on Friday before departing to the G7 meetings in Canada this weekend.

President Trump told reporters he may pardon deceased boxer Muhammad Ali.

In 1967, Muhammad Ali was convicted of refusing to report for military duty after being drafted to fight in the Vietnam War.

He declared himself a conscientious objector, and was stripped of his heavyweight boxing crown.
The Supreme Court reversed Ali’s conviction in 1971.
